Call Your Shot Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Call Your Shot Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by [Sponsor legal entity name], [street address, city, state, ZIP] ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, its advertising and promotion agencies (including Zeroed In Marketing), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible.

3. Promotion periods

The Sweepstakes has two separate entry periods, each with its own drawing:

These Official Rules were published on [publication date]. Eligible entries received from the start of the Grand Prize Period are included, including those received before publication. Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Entries do not carry over between periods.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Each method earns the same one entry.

A. Order entry. Each completed order placed directly at calculatedkinetics.us during a Promotion Period automatically earns one (1) entry into that period's drawing, regardless of order value. The name, email and shipping address on the order are used as the entry information.

• Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the applicable drawing date are void and their entries removed. Partially refunded orders keep their entry.

• Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, treat multiple orders placed by the same person on the same calendar day (MT) as a single entry.

• Orders placed through dealers, distributors or any third-party marketplace are not eligible.

• Orders placed by or billed to a business, government agency or other organization are not eligible.

• Orders shipping to an address in Rhode Island, or placed by a person not otherwise eligible under Section 2, do not earn an entry.

B. Free mail-in entry. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following on a 4x6 inch postcard: your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and the words "CALL YOUR SHOT" (for the Grand Prize Period) or "CALL YOUR SHOT DOOR BUSTER" (for the Door Buster Period). Mail it with sufficient postage to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Promotion Period. [Counsel: confirm one per period vs one per day.] Each eligible postcard earns one (1) entry, equal to one order entry. Postcards sent in envelopes, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or not hand-printed are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or postage-due mail. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any attempt to obtain more entries than permitted, including through multiple identities, accounts or addresses, voids all of that person's entries.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1). The Grand Prize winner selects one (1) optic mounting plate, one (1) optic, one (1) weapon light and one (1) set of sights from products listed for sale on calculatedkinetics.us at the time of selection. Approximate retail value ("ARV") is up to $1,446, based on the highest-priced eligible combination at the time these rules were published (Springfield Prodigy plate $90, Trijicon RCR $875, Surefire X300 Turbo $340, XS R3D sights $141). Actual value depends on the winner's selections. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The winner must submit selections within seven (7) days of verification, or Sponsor will select the items. Sponsor makes no representation that selected items are compatible with any particular firearm. Fitment is the winner's responsibility. No firearm, frame, receiver or ammunition is included.

Door Buster Prizes (10). Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) [brand and model] ratchet set toolkit. ARV $45 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,896.

Limit one (1) prize per person per Promotion Period. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or prize substitution except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if a prize or selected item becomes unavailable. Prizes ship free to the winner's verified address within the eligible area. Prizes carry only the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. A winner receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Winners are responsible for complying with all laws governing the possession and use of the prize items where they live.

6. Drawings and odds

Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received for each Promotion Period, on or about the dates in Section 3. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that period.

7. Winner notification and verification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, plus a Form W-9 where applicable, within seven (7) days of receipt.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible, or a prize notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will draw no more than three (3) alternates per prize. Prizes ship within thirty (30) days of verification.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Release and limitations of liability

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Entrants release Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties"), from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, order processing errors, or entries that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, awarding prizes from eligible entries received before the action.

10. Meta release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes, and acknowledges that any information provided in connection with entry is provided to Sponsor and not to Meta.

11. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [Sponsor home state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county, state]. 12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is used to administer it and is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy at [privacy policy URL]. Mail-in entrants will not be added to Sponsor's marketing lists unless they separately opt in.

13. Winners list

For the names of winners, available after Dec 31, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by Jan 31, 2027 to: [Sponsor name], Call Your Shot Winners List, [UPS box address]. Winners will also be posted at calculatedkinetics.us/pages/call-your-shot.
